There are marketers who ignore the feedback that they receive from their
customers. Instead, you should politely reply back to it and improve the
grievances and fix them as soon as possible. Also, make sure that you reply
back!

Not upgrading your skills -
Using outdated skills can make you lose your active customers as well. Digital
marketing keeps evolving and you should try new trends and keep yourself
